Mid-level MampA Associate Attorney

A prominent law firm is seeking a Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling complex domestic and cross-border transactions, working on both the buy and sell-side, and providing counsel on strategic alliances, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.Location:Duties:Advise clients on M&A and private equity transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and leveraged buyoutsHandle complex structural and corporate matters related to joint ventures, spin-offs, carve-outs, and recapitalizationsProvide counsel on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including cross-border dealsDraft and review transaction documents and agreementsCollaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions for various corporate transactionsCommunicate complex legal matters effectively in both written and oral formTake on increased responsibility for transactions, demonstrating leadership and initiativeRequirements:4-6 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and strategic transactionsProven expertise in handling domestic and cross-border M&A transactionsStrong understanding of corporate issues related to acquisitions and strategic alliancesExcellent communication skills for complex legal mattersDemonstrated leadership and initiative in managing transactional workEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active bar membership in good standing (Colorado preferred but not required)Skills:Expertise in M&A, private equity, and corporate transactionsProficient in drafting and reviewing transaction documents and agreementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex corporate issuesAbility to communicate effectively and manage client relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
