Commercial Litigation Trial Partner

Job Overview: A law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Trial Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience and will play a key role in handling complex commercial disputes for the firm's clients.Duties:Led and managed all aspects of complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Develop case strategy and provide counsel to clients on litigation matters.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.Requirements:15-25 years of experience practicing law with a focus on commercial litigation.Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial litigation matters.Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of professionalism and integrity.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
