Experience or interest in federal energy regulatory laws, particularly those affecting the natural gas, oil, or electric power industries.Exposure to FERC or CFTC compliance, transactions, enforcement, or litigation is preferred.Strong academic credentials and professional background.Admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C.Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active bar membership in Washington, D.C.Skills
Proficiency in federal energy regulations and related compliance issues.Strong research and analytical skills in energy law.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with clients.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality legal work.
