Requirements:
Two (2) or more years of project management.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office 2007 applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Experience creating and editing using Adobe Pro.
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or finance ispreferred.
Additional preferences:
One (1) or more years of experience in either of the following fields: Information Technology or Business Management.
One (1) or more years of experience using Microsoft Power BI.
One (1) or more years of experience creating documents in and using Smartsheet.
This position requires a security background check, including fingerprint as a condition of employment.
This position is anticipated to be filled between the range $60,000.00 to $62,000.00 annually.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of basic information technology methods. Knowledge of the banking system. Knowledge of the methods of compiling and analyzing data. Skilled in applying auditing principles and procedures. Ability to investigate, review, analyze, and evaluate data. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures relating to management analysis and procurement activities. Ability to plan and direct program activities. Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques. Ability to process information logically. Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Knowledge of and ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to work independently.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
The primary responsibilities for this position are: to serve as the primary Project Manager over all division related projects, serve as an IRMAG and will perform IT related tasks as needed and will meet with the Office of Information Technology on a recurring basis, this position will serve as the division Safety Coordinator, this position will work with the Division’s Bureaus on establishing and/or maintaining policy and procedures to assure they meet requirements per Florida Statutes.
