Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Duties, including but not limited to:Draft and review various legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing agreements, and easements.
Conduct due diligence research, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning review.
Prepare and manage closing documents and ensure timely execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.
Manage and maintain case files and documents efficiently.
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by attorneys.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and transaction processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
