Do you have at least three years of experience providing support to attorneys in this practice area? Review title and survey
Revise and review lease amendments and other documents
Organize and maintain files and prepare closing documents
Research real property tax and ownership information
Manage post-closing process
Qualifications:3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred
Paralegal Certification preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications and SoftPro
Superior organizational, writing and communication skills
