Their competitive employee benefits, including industry-leading salaries, healthcare options, a 401K match, and generous PTO, alongside their involvement in local charities, underscore their dedication to both their workforce and the community.DescriptionThe Construction Superintendent - CT will be responsible for:Supervise and mentor the workforce in assigned project areasCoordinate fieldwork through proper organization, planning, and collaboration with trade partnersParticipate in weekly scheduling and management meetings with trade partnersPromote and enforce site-specific safety plans and principlesParticipate in project scheduling to ensure completion within deadlinesMaintain accurate cost and production recordsEnsure materials received are inspected for quality and accuracy, and that proper documentation is maintainedOversee quality control for both company and trade partners to meet high standardsManage the punch list process to ensure timely project turnover to the ownerFoster strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure quality and customer serviceAssist with BIM and VDC coordination, ensuring issue resolution and timely submittal processesProfileThe ideal Superintendent - CT has:5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractorOSHA certification (preferred)Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience leading ground-up construction projects and managing a large teamExperience with Procore or BluebeamJob OfferThe Construction Superintendent will receive:Competitive base salaryDiscretionary bonusTruck allowanceCell phone and laptopPaid time off and sick daysExcellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental401k plan availableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
