Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations and Engagement
Build a positive, inclusive company culture that drives satisfaction and productivity.

Compensation and Benefits
Design competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and reward programs.
Regularly review industry trends to ensure policies align with market standards.
Oversee benefits administration, ensuring it meets both employee needs and budget guidelines.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure HR policies comply with current labor laws and regulations.
Proactively manage risks related to employment practices and data security.
Oversee workplace health, safety, and legal protocols to protect employees and the organization.
HR Operations and Process Optimization
Implement and manage HR technologies (e.g., ATS) to improve efficiencies.
Analyze HR metrics to refine recruiting, retention, and satisfaction strategies.
Streamline and integrate HR practices across regions, especially through mergers and acquisitions.
