Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Partner with the executive team to ensure HR strategies support overall business goals.

Develop and execute HR plans focused on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and high employee engagement.

Drive initiatives that shape talent management, culture, and employee experience.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

Oversee recruitment and onboarding to maintain efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.

Anticipate workforce demands, develop talent pipelines, and strengthen employer branding to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Build a positive, inclusive company culture that drives satisfaction and productivity.

Resolve employee concerns while maintaining adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Compensation and Benefits

Design competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and reward programs.

Regularly review industry trends to ensure policies align with market standards.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure HR policies comply with current labor laws and regulations.

Proactively manage risks related to employment practices and data security.

HR Operations and Process Optimization

Implement and manage HR technologies (e.g., ATS) to improve efficiencies.

Analyze HR metrics to refine recruiting, retention, and satisfaction strategies.
