Requirements:
Substantial experience in
complex business litigation
within both
state and federal courts (link removed)>Key responsibilities include
conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings, as well as conducting and defending depositions.
Experience in
preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions is essential (link removed)>Participation in
mediation, settlement conferences, negotiations, and experience with arbitration or trial preparation
is preferred.
Well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated attorney
who excels in a s ophisticated and collegial environment

Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
are required.
J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
Must be in
good standing with an active membership in the Florida Bar.
