junior to mid-level associate

with at least

2 years of business litigation experience

to join the

Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in its

Tampa office (link removed)>

Requirements:

Substantial experience in

complex business litigation

within both

state and federal courts (link removed)>Key responsibilities include

conducting and managing written and document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings, as well as conducting and defending depositions.

Experience in

preparing witnesses for testimony, appearing for status conferences, and arguing motions is essential (link removed)>Participation in

mediation, settlement conferences, negotiations, and experience with arbitration or trial preparation

is preferred.

Well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated attorney

who excels in a s ophisticated and collegial environment

and is committed to advancing the long-term strategic goals of the Litigation Department.

AmLaw 100 experience is highly desirable.

Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

are required.

J.D. from an ABA-approved law school

Must be in

good standing with an active membership in the Florida Bar.

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the expected salary range for this Tampa-based position is between $240,000 and $310,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
