Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with

at least four years experience

to join their national

Business Litigation team (link removed)>Candidate Profile:

JD

from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

Active California bar license.

At least 4 years' business litigation experience , including

managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation (link removed)>Expertise in legal research and writing , including drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.

Strong problem-solving abilities , along with excellent communication and client interaction skills.

team-oriented mindset

to support and grow our national litigation practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of business litigation cases, including case work-up, trial preparation, and courtroom representation.

Draft and review critical legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and motions.

Provide strategic advice and manage sophisticated business litigation matters.

Engage directly with clients and play an active role in developing case strategy.

$191,000 to $215,000,
