Business Litigation team

in Tampa or Miami, Florida.Candidate Profile:JD

from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.3 to 5 years of substantive business litigation experience , including courtroom experience and handling hearings independently.Strong legal research and writing skills , with

Law Review or Clerkship experience

(Federal, Florida state, or appellate) considered

a plus.Proficiency in handling litigation tasks, including

taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in federal and state courts, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for trial.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where client service is a top priority.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of business litigation cases, including case preparation, trial strategy, and courtroom representation.Draft and review critical legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other litigation-related filings.Provide strategic advice and manage complex business litigation matters, particularly in medical malpractice and professional liability cases.Collaborate with clients, develop case strategies, and engage in high-level litigation activities.Why Join?This position offers immediate client interaction and the opportunity to work on
