CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL POSITION – PEDS CARDIAC ICU EXPERIENCE REQUIREDTraveler must be willing to get flu shot when requestedTraveler must be willing to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including EDWill care for all age ranges and levels of acuityExperience with ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKGPatient Population: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, neurosurgery, trauma, hem onc, DKA if PH or altered consciousnessJob Requirements
CA LicenseFirst to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including EDWill care for all age ranges and levels of acuityBLSPALS2 full recent years of Pediatric CARDIAC ICU experienceSchedule Information
3x12 variable or straight night shifts4-5 weekend shifts Sat-Sun on day shift and then 5-6 shifts of Fri-Sat nightsTraveler gets off one full weekend every 4-week schedule13-week contractsRequested Time Off: Max 6 days (Must still get 3 shifts in per week)Must work 2 out of the 3 holidaysUnit Specific Information
