THIS IS A CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL POSITION – PEDIATRIC ICU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested**Patient Population: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, **neurosurgery. Trauma, hem onc, DKA if PH or altered consciousnessJob Requirements

CA LicenseFirst to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including EDWill care for all age ranges and levels of acuity2 full recent years of Pediatric ICU experience (PICU, CTICU, CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL)*for travelers with PICU exp - 15 bed minimum and higher acuity of care across ALL PICU/ICU areasExperience: Ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG.Schedule Information

3x12 variable or straight night(4-5 weekend shifts sat-sun on day shift and then 5-6 shifts of fri-sat nights – traveler gets off one full weekend every 4 week schedule)13 week contractsMax 6 days (Must still get 3 shifts in per week)Must work 2 out of the 3 holidaysUnit Specific Information
