Commercial Litigation Associate
to join their dynamic litigation team in

Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
Bar Admission in Illinois (in good standing) (link removed)>At least
3 years
of substantive experience in
general commercial litigation
and other
complex litigation
matters, including
product liability (link removed)>Experience in insurance litigation is a plus.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills,
with the ability to draft and argue discovery motions, take and defend depositions, and manage document productions.
An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute to a growing office and manage case files independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, product liability, and other litigation matters.
Draft and argue discovery motions, conduct and defend depositions,
and manage all phases of discovery and document production.
Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and provide effective counsel to clients in industries such as energy, aerospace, automotive, and life sciences.
Take ownership of
case management , contributing to a growing and dynamic office.
