Five (5) or more years of information assurance/cybersecurity experience with:

National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security controls, Risk Management Framework (RMF), DIACAP, and other Navy / DoD security compliance processesSupporting system Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, creating artifacts, control implementation details, and POAMsFamiliarity with Cyber Security tools and applications, including eMASS, VRAM, Nessus ACAS, SCAP, HBSS / ESS, STIG viewer, etc.Strong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree or higher in a technical disciplineUS citizen, Active DoD Secret clearance, ability to upgrade to Top SecretEligible for CSWF IAT II (Security+ Min)Expected travel would be one week per quarter[#LI-JC1]Desired Skills

CISSP or equivalent certificationDescription

Provides the oversight, establishment, and management of the security policies for network and system security, physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, and security training and awarenessAuthors, updates, and reviews documentation to support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation (e.g. System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Report (SAR), Contingency Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), etc.)Organizes and manages efforts for additional Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activitiesReviews ACAS vulnerability reports, create POA&Ms and mitigation plans as neededProvides hands on assistance with systems, applications, and networks to help resolve issues when needed
