The Product Manager drives strategic initiatives from conception through completion. The

person will work cross-functionally across teams to solve challenging problems using the latest

technologies. The person will make data-driven, customer-obsessed decisions and work with

leadership across EnlivenHealth to prioritize one’s product needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and goals

Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter experts

Own the product roadmap and delivery of features; communicate to internal and external stakeholders frequently

Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development, and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context and a complete understanding of the problems needed to deliver the right solution

Build effective relationships with Sales, Client Success, Engineering and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders

Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to assist with optimal product positioning and placement

Manage all aspects of product lifecycle, including profitability, customer feedback, enhancement requirements, scalability and pricing strategies

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions and adoption

Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning process.

Skills

Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance and oversight

Ability to be organized with strong attention to detail and capable of coordinating multiple viewpoints into a single message

Ability to understand technical issues

Ability to anticipate risks, issues and opportunities, and escalate them accordingly

Skilled in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation

Solid knowledge in Agile including the value and principles, and how they are applied in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired or equivalent experience.

Proven track record as a product manager for at least 3 years

Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
