As the Senior Digital Manager with Stand Together Communications, you will lead high-impact digital strategies for national initiatives for Concerned Veterans for America (CVA) and The LIBRE Initiative. This role calls for a strategic leader with expertise in digital advocacy, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will drive strategic growth and optimize digital outcomes that support the organization's mission, brand position and legislative objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone excited about developing important, change-making legislative advocacy and brand campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Our partners are among the most impactful and effective organizations at the state and federal level and are working to tackle the country's most critical challenges. What You Will DoPlan and executing of high-impact digital marketing campaignsWork with internal stakeholders to determine project goals, KPIs, and testing plansServe as the lead relationship-builder to partner effectively with marketing, communications, grassroots organizing, programming, policy, and government affairs teamsLeverage social, email, texting,and paid digital campaigns to build partners' brands and grow their online communities of activistsCollaborate with digital capabilities, including content marketing, email, web development, and vendors to execute campaign plansWork with creative teams, including designers, videographers, and copywriters, to develop creative elements for campaignsPartner with our analytics team to develop regular reports that communicate campaign performance and insights to key stakeholdersThink "big picture" and innovating through frequent experimentationCoordinate with departments and partners to align strategic priorities and ensure project timelines are followedWhat You Will Bring
