1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is looking for a Director, Lease Administration, who will be responsible for all lease related functions from tracking renewals, paying rent on time, abstracting leases, and updating paper & electronic files. This person will assist in communications to all 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. brands' landlords and attorneys.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate renewals between brands, landlords and attorneys.Review rent bills for accuracy and ensure all bills are paid on time.Assess leases and update in electronic and paper files.Contact landlords and brands about lease issues and responsibilities.Ensure lease options and renewals are tracked and reported monthly.Review CAM reconciliations for accuracy and verify billing for accounting.Manage and track lease renewals and lease option notices.Track and manage rent calculations and sales/rent ratio's.Other responsibilities as assigned.The expected salary for this position is $140,000- $155,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.6-8 years of lease management experience.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Superior organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks effectively with strict attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
