LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill a Staff Accountant Specialist job for the corporate office located in Pleasanton, California. This position is 100% in-office! The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and a strong foundation with the general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making.Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial procedures and controls.Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with a medium to large ERP accounting software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a similar role or internship is a plus.

Pay Details:
$37.00 to $42.00 per hour
