ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. ECS is responsible for designing, building, deploying, operating, and maintaining a complete 'Data Services' solution which includes the collection, normalization, visualization, and sharing of cyber data from more than 100 Federal agencies. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requirements.

The Product Manager will serve as the liaison between portfolio management, stakeholders, and Agile DevSecOps teams, translating business needs into technical actions. This Product Manager role will own the development of broadly integrated data management capabilities within the CDM solution and is responsible to drive effective implementation of related features and services. The candidate will work closely with the Solution Manager, Release Train Engineer, Systems Architect, customer PMO, other Product Managers, and Product Owners on the release train to maintain business alignment and address dependencies.

The Product Manager will strategically manage the product direction for an Agile Release Train of 4-8 Agile DevSecOps teams. The Product Manager will serve as an important point of contact between the Release Train and the customer, working extensively with customer stakeholders to understand priorities and establish the product roadmap. They will then use SAFe Agile best practices to ensure the train delivers high-quality working software to fulfill the roadmap. While this is not a direct management role, a successful Product Manager will coach the Product Owners working on the Release Train.

The Product Manager will stay up to date on industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature service offering. These responsibilities all result in a secure and performant cybersecurity platform.

Salary Range: $147,00 - $220,000
