Position Overview (Summary/Objective):

This position, in Valley Forge, PA, is for a Data Engineer looking for new challenging problems. You will support the development of AI/ML algorithms in a multitude of disciplines from large language models, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and time-series predictive analytics.. Additionally, we have a team of excellent researchers and software developers who are eager to mentor and teach their craft. We have multiple positions available and welcome all experience levels!

Responsibilities:

Assembles large, complex sets of data to support AI/ML algorithm implementationIdentifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processesBuilds required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sourcesCurate and maintain data that is stored in support of metrics and evaluationDesign, build, test, maintain, and automate data collection/pipelinesDevelop Dashboards for Data Analytics.Implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine LearningUsing Agile methodologies to develop software.Basic Qualifications:

Current Top Secret SCI clearance with CI polyB.S. in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum six (6) years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer/Scientist.Experience developing data pipelines and normalizing data, using AWS cloud servicesPreferred Qualifications:

Full scope polyM.S. or PhD in Data Science, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with Gitlab, DevSecOps utilizing test-driven development, Containers (Docker, Docker Compose)Pay Range:

$130,000 - $190,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

This position is based out of ARKA's

King of Prussia, PA

campus. Situated less than an hour outside of Philadelphia and hosting the largest mall on the east coast, King of Prussia offers the urban feel sought in the city, while also giving opportunities to experience the beauty and history found only in Pennsylvania.
