Senior User Experience Designer
General Summary & Scope• The Senior User Experience Designer will report to the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.• This role is key in delivering user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including creative design, business stakeholders, and development teams.• Provide guidance and mentorship to other UXA resources.• Act as the customer advocate using insights from research and analytics.• Translate business and user needs into engaging user experiences.• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather UX insights.• Identify research requirements and work with the customer research team to execute studies.• Analyze findings to refine design strategies.• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations.• Assess usability and suggest changes for new and existing features.• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to implement user experience solutions.• Maintain a thorough understanding of web and app UX best practices.• Produce documentation, including presentations, wireframes, and prototypes, to communicate design concepts.• Engage in design reviews with stakeholders to gather feedback.• Comfortable interacting with executives and senior leadership.• Proactively resolve challenges with minimal supervision.• Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.• Lead projects independently and mentor other UXA resources.
