General Summary & Scope• The UX/UI Designer will support and report to the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.• This role focuses on creating user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative designers, business stakeholders, and development teams.• Provide mentorship to other UXA resources as necessary.• Represent the voice of the customer, leveraging research and analytics.• Capture business requirements and user needs, translating them into engaging user experiences.• Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather UX insights.• Identify and address research needs, working with the customer research team or independently.• Analyze findings to refine design strategies.• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations.• Evaluate the usability of features and recommend improvements.• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to implement solutions.• Maintain knowledge of web and app UX best practices and apply them to projects.• Create documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.• Engage in design reviews with stakeholders for feedback.• Effectively communicate with executives at all levels of the company.• Resolve challenges with minimal oversight.• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.• Lead projects independently and mentor other UXA resources.
