Interactive Experience Designer

General Summary & Scope• The Interactive Experience Designer will support the Senior Manager, Digital User Experience within the eCommerce team.• This role is crucial in creating user-centered designs for web, mobile web, and mobile applications.• Collaborate with various teams, including creative design, business stakeholders, and development teams.• Mentor and coach other UXA resources as necessary.• Represent the voice of the customer using insights from research and analytics.• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective experiences.• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops for UX direction.• Identify and execute research needs, collaborating with the customer research team.• Analyze research results and adapt design strategies accordingly.• Conduct competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations to improve usability.• Evaluate usability and recommend changes for features.• Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to create solutions.• Maintain expertise in web and app UX best practices and apply them to projects.• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation to convey design concepts.• Participate in reviews with stakeholders to share design direction and gather feedback.• Effectively engage with executives and senior leadership.• Proactively address challenges with minimal oversight.• Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.• Lead projects independently and provide mentorship to other UXA resources
