This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the financial future of our company. As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and developing pricing models. You will also be presenting financial data to board members and other stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's financial health and growth. Responsibilities:1. Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.2. Develop, implement, and maintain effective pricing models to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.3. Present financial data, insights, and strategic recommendations to board members and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.4. Drive the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and support strategic decision-making.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals and objectives.6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.7. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFA, CPA) is a plus.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Logistics and Transportation industry.3. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. 4. Solid understanding of pricing models and the ability to develop effective pricing strategies.5. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.6. Proficient in the use of financial software and systems, and advanced Excel skills.7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing finance teams.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
