This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to utilize their financial expertise in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our company, helping to drive business performance and profitability. Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision making, including project profitability analysis, cost analysis, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel skills. Collaborate with senior management to establish financial and operational goals, and develop comprehensive plans to meet those goals. Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights. Work closely with various departments to understand business operations and provide financial guidance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of solutions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the construction industry. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
