Nike Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmapsCore competency in Wireless Mobility Services (ie. Mobile phones/tables, plans, features and technical knowledge)Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and servicesWrite knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility servicesCommunicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needsServe as an escalation point for customersAnalyze and implement efficient IT processGather feedback from end users to continue process improvementCollaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiativesAccountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globallyKeep abreast of technology trends and developmentsWHAT YOU BRINGProven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirementProven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar roleExperience in project managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of system database and troubleshootingExcellent customer service skillsAbility to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audienceStrong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendorsCollaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
