Role : Sr Telecom Analyst - Wireless MobilityDuration : 6 Months with chances for extensionLocation : Beaverton, ORJob Description:Partner and align with internal teams (i.e. Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmapsCore competency in Wireless Mobility Services (i.e. Mobile phones/tablets, plans, features and technical knowledge)Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and servicesWrite knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility servicesCommunicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needsServe as an escalation point for customersAnalyze and implement efficient IT processGather feedback from end users to continue process improvementCollaborate with cross functional teams to align services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiativesAccountable for providing accurate project estimates, tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globallyKeep abreast of technological trends and developmentsRequirements:Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirementsProven experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant or similar roleWork will include managing the ticket queue in ServiceNowUpdating & maintaining knowledge-based articlesActioning telecom requests (carrier changes, line transfers, etc.)Working with telecom vendor partner(s) to review optimization reports & make recommendationsRTI (return to inventory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of system database and troubleshootingExcellent customer service skillsExperience in project managementAbility to build presentation deck, think strategically and communicate to a large audienceStrong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendorsCollaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and proactive planning
