As Senior Business Analyst, you'll work on highly strategic projects that play a vital role in the delivery of a great client experience. You will be responsible for leading process improvements as we strive for operational excellence. If you are someone who is a problem solver with strong analytical skills, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and has a passion for driving change, we encourage you to apply!You'll Get To:Lead or support process improvement initiatives through the use of LSS tools and concepts including Gembas, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping to deliver cost savings while improving the Client Experience.Work closely with cross-functional departments to LEAN out processes related to lead-to-quote, order-to-cash, book-to-lit, and other value streams.Conduct discovery to identify and aid in the selection of projects that provide the most business value to Lytx. Perform data analysis, synthesize findings, and formulate recommendations to inform business cases.Perform current state business process mappings, identify and document gaps, and develop target state process designs.Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, and drive cross-functional alignment.Partner with functional and technical teams to implement solutions.Be a coach that supports teams with the adoption and execution of the OKR framework (Objectives and Key Results) and champion the delivery of business outcomes.Be a trusted business partner to all levels within the organization - establish relationships and get to know their objectives, goals, and/or concerns to best support them.What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or another related fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) requiredMinimum of 5+ years' experience driving improvement initiatives through the direct application of Lean and/or Six Sigma concepts with demonstratable business resultsSkilled in mapping detailed process maps, flowcharts, and value-stream maps, emphasizing end-to-end visualization leveraging business process modeling best practices.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, synthesize insights and translate into actionable recommendations.Superior listener and communicator - strong oral, written and active listening skills a must. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
