Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Additional focus in graphic design and photography targeting actionable communication to sales, customers and external audiences. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of restaurant marketing, foodservice sales, and digital branding. Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development

Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to internal and external websites.

Content Creation

Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, Google and email marketing campaigns.

Photography

Capture high-quality images and video that showcase restaurant offerings, interiors, and customer experiences. Create visual content for various marketing channels.

Training & Development

Work as a subject matter expert to train restaurants and foodservice establishments on digital marketing skills and trends. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to restaurants, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and internal platforms.

Web Design

Collaborate with clients on basic web design and layout improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency online.

Email Marketing

Create and monitor email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics and Reporting

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics; provide reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, customers, internal marketing to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Stay Updated

Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

1 year experience in Digital Marketing or related role.

6 months -1 year experience in digital marketing tools e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe suite, Canva, Office 365 and social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and technology.
