Solution Architect
is the "mastermind" who takes a client's Salesforce goals from vision to design to reality. Works hand-in-hand with both Engagement Manager and Senior Management to design the right solutions for a Client's budget, timeline, and unique organizational attributes.At Palladin Technologies, the Solution Architects are strong presenters and facilitators who can co-create the vision, lead the execution with the customer, and obtain customer acceptance of the delivered solution. Although it is important to drive difficult conversations and remove roadblocks to executing business strategies, proficiency in analyzing issues and obstacles to determine root causes and identify appropriate corrective action are also central tasks.The prospective candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of typical business challenges or common objectives customers face within the industry and communicate with technical and business stakeholders from all levels through C-Suite. In addition, the solutions architect must possess exemplary communication skills. The desired candidate demonstrates the ability to work under pressure, maintain constant communication with product owners on a day-to-day basis, analyze information, design comprehensive solutions, and sincerely wish to be of service to the client.We are actively seeking the ideal candidate who possesses the skills to lead consultative engagements with enterprise customers and partner with key stakeholders to create compelling visions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the clientDesign solutions and system functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce best practicesIdentify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practiceServe as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertiseAnalyze business requirements and map them to Salesforce capabilitiesEstimate the effort of configuration work on the Salesforce PlatformGuide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business valueQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Technology, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent demonstrable work experience in place of a degree will be considered5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable successExperience in the Communications/Media IndustriesFamiliar with TM Forum Frameworks - preferably certified in eTOM/TAM/SID frameworksExtensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform, preferably in SFI Communications Cloud (Vlocity)Expert-level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable the achievement of the desired business outcomesExperience leading discovery sessions, business process modeling (As Is/To Be), mapping user-centric journeys, product and data model definitions, integration specifications, business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs, and High-Level Architecture diagramsExperience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., as well as making recommendations for future state-improved processes and system design
