Job Duties and Responsibilities
Program Coordination
Oversee the entire EchoStar AI Academy program lifecycle, from initial planning to program execution and post-program evaluation
Coordinate the application and selection process for program participants
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to curate and develop engaging course content that aligns with employee needs and job roles
Schedule and manage training sessions, workshops, and other program activities.
Track participant progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful completion
Gather and analyze feedback from participants and instructors to continuously improve the program
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Learning and Development team, executive leadership, subject matter experts, and program participants
Communicate program updates, progress, and outcomes to relevant parties
Ensure alignment between the program objectives and the overall goals of EchoStar's AI adoption strategy
Operational Excellence
Develop and implement program policies and procedures
Manage program budget and resource allocation
Track and report on program metrics and KPIs
Identify and mitigate program risks and challenges

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or technology
Proven experience in program management, preferably in a learning and development or technology-related context
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in various industries
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
Additional Considerations (Optional):
Knowledge of change management principles and strategies
Certification in project management or instructional design
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
