Job Duties and Responsibilities

Program Coordination

Oversee the entire EchoStar AI Academy program lifecycle, from initial planning to program execution and post-program evaluationCoordinate the application and selection process for program participantsCollaborate with the Learning and Development team to curate and develop engaging course content that aligns with employee needs and job rolesSchedule and manage training sessions, workshops, and other program activities.Track participant progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful completionGather and analyze feedback from participants and instructors to continuously improve the program

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Learning and Development team, executive leadership, subject matter experts, and program participantsCommunicate program updates, progress, and outcomes to relevant partiesEnsure alignment between the program objectives and the overall goals of EchoStar's AI adoption strategy

Operational Excellence

Develop and implement program policies and proceduresManage program budget and resource allocationTrack and report on program metrics and KPIsIdentify and mitigate program risks and challenges

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or technologyProven experience in program management, preferably in a learning and development or technology-related context

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional designFamiliarity with AI technologies and their applications in various industriesExcellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgetingExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google Suite or similar tools

Additional Considerations (Optional):

Knowledge of change management principles and strategiesCertification in project management or instructional design

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/YearBenefits
