We would love to hear how your experiences translate to this position, the University's Mission, Vision, and Values, and encourage you to submit an application today!JOB TITLE: Intake Coordinator - Equal Opportunity Report & ResponseJOB PURPOSE: Coordinate the intake of new cases for the Equal Opportunity Report and Response office and link individuals to appropriate support and resources.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all intake processes, including handling incident reports and scheduling interviews. Provide referrals to campus and community resources. Advise students and employees regarding EORR policies and procedures. Keep relevant parties informed with regular updates on active complaints and investigations. Manage training and compliance initiatives and supply necessary training resources. Conduct relevant presentations and orientations. Assist as a hearing facilitator in both in-person and virtual settings. Oversee office management, including financial and budgeting duties, while maintaining accurate records. Assist with scheduling and social media coordination.SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives. Attend and participate in training and other personal professional development activity.COMPETENCIES: Service Orientation Sensitivity Work Prioritization & Management Judgement Analysis/Problem Identification ConsistencyREMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. The Intake Coordinator must be eligible to work in the United States, as sponsorship for work authorization or work visas is not available for this position.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's DegreeExperience: 2 years work-related experienceRequired licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy. ATIXA Investigator Certification (ability to obtain within six months) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: •Experience conducting in-person interviews/establishing rapport during an interview•Experience with sexual misconduct•Experience with civil rights discrimination•Experience with trauma-informed interviewing or environments•Experience writing technical or investigative reports•Juris Doctorate, Master's Degree, or other advanced degree REQUIRED MATERIALS: Complete the online application and upload the following for a complete application: cover letter, resume or C.V. and contact information for four work-related references.
