We would love to hear how your experiences translate to this position, the University's Mission, Vison, and Values, and encourage you to submit an application today!JOB TITLE:Education and Families Project CoordinatorJOB PURPOSE:Coordinates programmatic activities for the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) education and family related projects including education and family focused University of Wyoming Project ECHO Networks (UW ECHO), UW ECHO Superhub activities, and the Wyoming Family to Family Health Information Center (F2F-HIC) as directed by the program manager. This position is required to collaborate with multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the coordination of UW ECHO education and family networks as directed by the program manager, including assisting with ECHO networks and sessions, maintaining and managing ECHO session attendance, session materials, planning documents, and correspondence with attendees and presenters, etc. Core duties include coordinating the implementation of the ECHO networks; development and distribution of outreach / education materials including emails; updates to iECHO database, learning management systems, email templates, and video recordings; and coordinating and submitting professional development credits. Also includes data collection, data management, grant and program reporting and information dissemination.As directed by the WIND leadership, coordinate activities of the Wyoming Family to Family Health Information Center (F2F-HIC), including coordinating correspondence with families with children with special healthcare needs and community partners; assisting in the coordination of F2F meetings and trainings; coordinating the ECHO for Families host site program; and developing and distributing outreach / education materials. Also includes data collection, data management, grant and program reporting and information dissemination.As directed by the program manager, coordinate activities associated with UW ECHO Superhub program, including assisting with coordination of trainings, events, and meetings; supporting the ECHO in Education Collaborative; coordinating the implementation, development and distribution of outreach / education materials including (not limited to) educational campaigns. Also includes data collection, data management, grant and program reporting and information dissemination.Collaborates with WIND Information Dissemination Program Manager to develop program content on website, social media platforms, newsletters, and written materials.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:May perform additional duties of other projects as assigned by the supervisor. The position has responsibility for statewide implementation of project activities. Although this position does not directly hire staff, this position has primary responsibilities for project oversight and implementation.
