Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in personal injury law.Demonstrable trial experience, not exclusively limited to personal injury cases.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues effectively.Analytical and problem-solving abilities for navigating complex litigation challenges.Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado.Skills:
Expertise in personal injury litigation and trial preparation.Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and document preparation.Strong negotiation and client communication abilities.Effective time-management and organizational skills for handling a high-volume caseload.
