The ideal candidate will have experience in the electric vehicle industry and a proven track record in identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for technical and business roles within the company.Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.Proactively build a pipeline of talent in critical growth areas.Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the technical and soft skills required for each role. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage.Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to the hiring team. Assist in the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract top talent.Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to ensure that the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and values.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of technical and non-technical roles within the automotive, EV, or aerospace sectors.Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.A commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.Able to be in the office full-time Monday through Friday.Hourly Rate:
