Your impact will resonate across the organization, influencing product quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience.This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in managing product cost through building, developing, and optimizing our supply chain. This role offers a platform for professional growth and the chance to shape the future of Pebble's supplier chain strategy.Responsibilities:Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency of supplied materialsManage supplier contracts, negotiating terms to optimize value and mitigate risksDevelop and execute supply risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supplyImplement and drive a comprehensive cost reduction strategy across the supply chainProactively identify and escalate key supply and cost risks to management for strategic decision-makingQualifications:At least 10 years of experience as a Global Supply Manager (GSM) working in industries such as automotive manufacturingProven experience in automotive sourcing, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and supplier relationsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsStrong analytical abilities to assess supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate risksExperience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with engineering, program management, and manufacturing teamsProficiency in Chinese is a plus, offering a significant advantage in engaging with suppliersBenefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time OffSalary Range - Fremont, CA$160,000-$200,000 USD
