Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking associates from 3-5 years of experience to join its growing tax practice. The ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise in tax law and experience in areas such as strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, and real estate matters.
