The Opportunity
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, and experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities• Assists in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.• Supports all aspects of close processes including account reconciliations, international consolidation, and preparation of reporting packages.• Implements accounting policies, procedures and controls.• Drives accounting initiatives and process improvements.• Assists with annual audits including audit requests and accounting documentation.• Completes close processes as assigned in the close calendar and communicates delays to accounting management. Manages various special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Candidate Expertise Required• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.• =Strong understanding of GAAP, and internal controls. Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting is a plus.• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to adapt to new challenges and drive continuous improvement.• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA certification preferred.• Minimum of 3-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role. Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.• A combination of "Big Four" or public company experience is highly preferable.• Experience in technical accounting and financial close and reporting

Compensation
Annual base salary gross: $80,000-$95,000 plus variable USD Annual. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
