Must have exceptional communication and computer skills. Seeking someone with years of experience supporting and collaborating with an executive of a large organization managing multiple priorities, calendars and projects. Must have a great aptitude for solving problems, finding solutions, and adapting in a demanding environment. This position will require someone to be based in our Austin office (Four Points area).Job ResponsibilitiesProvide high level executive support to the President of CRH Americas and the Chief of StaffMaximizing the time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf etc.Manage the day to day in a small officeComplex calendar managementEvent planning and execution including researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating activities, sending invites and all other related activitiesPlan and schedule all meeting logistics for the PresidentReview expense reportsWork with global executive assistant teamManage all travel arrangementsWork with Chief of Staff on preparing all prep materials for plant visits, meetings etc.Manage club relationships/billsAccounts payable management for President officeReservation managementPersonal Assistance (running quick errands and other related tasks when necessary)Coordinating tasks with Chief of StaffManaging confidential information with professionalism and discretionManaging multiple email inboxes for President/Chief of StaffAvailability to travel once a month to Atlanta, GA as well as to various conferences (3-4 per year).Job Requirements10+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environmentWork within a diverse team, fostering a culture of trustworthiness with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy and maintain a high level of confidentialityAttributesSelf StarterConfidentGets energy from helping othersOrganizedDetail orientatedTeam playerCan lead but also can be part of a team of Executive Assistants working on a large eventHas a do anything mindset (vs not my job )Adaptable and willing to take on any task, big or smallHas energyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to sensitive inquiries effectively.Excellent interpersonal communicationStrong writing skillsHandle assigned tasks and special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are metAbility to work independently and under the pressure of deadlinesCalm under pressure and able to manage multiple prioritiesWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
