Job Summary

The ServiceNow Technical Lead/Administrator is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the platform meets organizational needs and follows industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely updates and adherence to best practices.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, ensuring alignment with best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow, implementing ITIL processes to support organizational goals.Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators, creating comprehensive documentation including design documents, user guides, and SOPs.Ensure platform security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards through regular audits and risk assessments.Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing optimizations as necessary.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.Proven experience as a technical lead, with the ability to mentor and support a team.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data migration.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies.Certifications

ITIL certification (preferred).ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
