As a
QC Inspector
you will:
Interpret job router/manufacturing orderPerform basic CMM operationSet and use bore gaugesSealant inspectionInspect fastener installationPerform first part inspectionsCreate rejection tagsPerform basic in-process and final inspection of machine parts, mechanical assemblies, processed parts, or purchased standard hardwarePerform verifications of part identification and configurationsArrange inspection queues to identify work priorityIdentify and segregate non-conforming productAble to be trained on GD&TUse basic inspection tools such as surface plates, micrometers, height gages, etc. to inspect partsPerform full first article inspectionBasic part transportInterpret certificationsPerform basic maintenance of tools and equipmentMaintain area cleanliness and organization within 6S initiativeObserve all safety policies and proceduresObserve all company policies and proceduresAdhere to the Business Quality Management System (BQMS)Other duties as assignedThis is a

Shift: 6am-3pm
The ideal candidate will have:
GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.Demonstrated proficiency in Level 1 competenciesIntermediate model review print reading and GD&TIntermediate shop mathFamiliar with basic inspection tools (pin gauges, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, air gages, etc.)Ability to use a profilometerAble to be certified to use Rockwell/Eddy Current MachineFamiliar with BAC5300Able to meet production goals "Cycle Times"Ability to learnPunctualityPosition requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbsNDT/CMM experience preferred
Pay Rate:
$25.00-$30.00 hour
