ABOUT THE POSITIONVHB is currently looking to hire a Project Administrator to join our NE Finance group. The exciting opportunity will ideally be based in our South Burlington, VT office, but could be in any of New England office locations. This role will provide the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professional engineers, scientists, planners, and designers. Our team collaborates with both public and private clients in various industries such as transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy. Client and sub-consultant contract development and maintenanceWork with Project Managers and leadership teams to track variances to project budgetsAssistance with project setup/budgetingAccounts receivable collection assistanceAssistance with research & resolution of client questionsSkills And AbilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environmentExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to think critically and problem solveMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe AcrobatQualifications4+ years of office administration experience, preferably in the AEC industryBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in Engineering/Architecture/Construction environment preferredKnowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other similar financial applications a plusWe are VHB!
