This role offers the opportunity to handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, advocating aggressively for clients across multiple litigation stages.DutiesManage all stages of civil litigation in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, governmental negligence, and other cases.Conduct pre-litigation work, such as drafting and reviewing settlement demands and negotiating resolutions.Handle case preparations including depositions, motions, trial preparation, mediations, and arbitrations.RequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury or litigation law.Licensed to practice in Washington State and good standing.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Collaborative attitude and a strong commitment to achieving the best client outcomes.No disciplinary history with the WSBA.EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.CertificationsActive membership in the Washington State Bar Association.SkillsProficiency in both verbal and written advocacy.Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented outlook.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.This full-time position provides a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an attorney eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.
