Job Overview:A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. The successful candidate will have experience handling pre-suit and litigation cases and be committed to the continuous development of both their legal career and the firm's litigation team.Location:

Seattle, WADuties:Handle pre-suit and litigation cases related to personal injury claims.Strategize and collaborate with staff on litigation cases to maximize outcomes.Work with management to establish procedures and standards for case management and client outcomes.Contribute to the development of training and development paths for staff.Collaborate with management to build and lead an effective litigation team.Draft, review, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and demands.Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trial preparation.Requirements:Extensive experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.Active license to practice law in Washington State (WA State Bar).Strong knowledge of recent legal trends and changes affecting personal injury law.Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.Strong work ethic with a desire to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Washington State (WA State Bar).Skills:Expertise in Plaintiff Personal Injury law.Strong drafting and litigation skills.Ability to handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and trials.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.Knowledge of legal trends and developments affecting personal injury practice.
