The Insurance Defense Associate Attorney will handle insurance defense litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in insurance defense litigation, focusing on pretrial filings in complex litigation areas such as construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and product liability.Duties:
Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception to resolutionConduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responsesPrepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trialsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholdersManage case files and deadlines efficientlyRequirements:
Minimum 3 years of significant insurance defense litigation experienceFamiliarity with pretrial filings in complex litigation areas, including construction, mass torts, personal injury claims, and product liabilityAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent academic credentials from an accredited law schoolStrong writing and analytical skillsAdmission to the Washington State BarEducation:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:
Admission to the Washington State BarSkills:
