This role involves both independent and collaborative work and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Duties:Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including pretrial filings and case preparation.Represent clients in complex litigation involving construction defects, mass torts, personal injury, and product liability claims.Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.Collaborate with other attorneys on case strategies and client presentations.Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring timely updates on case progress.Assist in case settlements and negotiations.Requirements:3-6 years of significant insurance defense litigation experience.Familiarity with pretrial filings in complex litigation areas, including construction, mass torts, personal injury, and product liability.Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical and writing skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be admitted to practice law in Washington State and in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in handling complex litigation cases.Strong legal research and writing abilities.Ability to manage multiple cases with competing deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
