Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join a well-established civil litigation firm. This role involves representing clients in a variety of civil cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a desire to collaborate with a team of dedicated trial lawyers.Duties:
Manage and litigate civil cases from inception to trial.Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.Develop and implement creative legal strategies.Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and insights on case management.Maintain organization of case files and documentation.Requirements:
Admitted to practice law in Washington by the start of employment.4+ years of experience as a litigating attorney.Proven trial experience or trial preparation background.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Washington State Bar license (required).Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $110,000 to $145,000, depending on qualifications and experience.Performance-based bonuses.Medical, dental, and vision insurance (partially subsidized).Retirement plan with company match up to 3%.Paid vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.Employee Assistance Program and other benefits.
